Bilik yang selesa kerana baru lepas direnovasi. Parking mudah. Kemudahan di dalam bilik lengkap. Katil yang selesa. Berdekatan dengan tempat makan, dobi dll. Sistem keselamatan juga sangat baik.

Mungkin boleh ditambah baik dari segi khidmat pelanggan (staf yang lebih mesra dan lebih membantu).

This place is absolutely not worth the money. You can get far better rooms in Ipoh for the same price — or even less — and those hotels at least have a lift. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room clearly shown with a window in the photos, but the room I was given had no window at all. There was also no disclosure that I would have to climb stairs to reach the room. “Public parking” is misleading. It simply means you must buy a parking coupon book yourself or risk getting a parking ticket. On top of that, the service was disappointing. The male receptionist was unfriendly, and an older woman kept repeatedly telling me to buy the parking book, which became extremely irritating. To make matters worse, the hotel, Seri Kangsar, and the Kangsar Restaurant are all in the same building under the same management, even though they appear online with different names and ratings. This is very misleading because they are essentially the same place.
