"Not a pleasant stay."

Location was ok, found food markets and some good food places.

Room was tiny. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were not great and only one each. Had to climb steep stairs up and down, not good with bad hips. At check in lady was very gruff and not friendly. Was supposed to be non smoking but there was the smell of smoking in the hall.

"I dont feel safe, room is not comfortable and I actually cancel my stay"

Location is downtown so its covenient.

It's on the highest floor- so gloomy- room is vey small and old -using staircase-very steep and gloomy- very hard to carry the luggage and other stuff' Very dissappointed . Understand its a budget hotel but its beyond my expectation of a less expensive room. Im sorry.
