The toilet bidet was broken. The staff was unfriendly and ignorant. There was no mirror in the room. The toilet door was broken. There was extra charge that was never mentioned earlier. Disappointing.

The location was excellent. Having a laundrette at the bottom of the hotel was great.

Where to start? At check-in we appeared to be completely unexpected and it took a long time to complete the formalities. The lady on reception was hardly friendly and we felt we were an inconvenience. Reception appears to be in another hotel as we were then led round the corner and up two flights of steep steps. Not having a lift is not a problem for us, but there will be many travellers who find that difficult. The room was tiny which was a surprise, especially considering the cost. It's about the same price as condo in Ipoh with two bedrooms! The wifi was patchy and the noise from the street was incredible because the door to the tiny balcony (containing a full litter bin!) does not fit properly. All in all this is a place I cannot recommend. All accommodation in KK is expensive (why?!) but we wished we'd paid a little more and gone somewhere else.

Aircond is SO dirty. Unacceptable!!! Photos don’t match!! Room is much older! KL can rate better property for this price. Why room got window to a staircase where light always on even during the night. Terrible.

Hotel location as it's vicinity is a walking distance to college, groceries shop, restaurants and food court.

There no breakfast. No private parking but to use public parking with extra charges for parking ticket sold by hotel staff.
