Handy for Fort William.

Hotel stopped taking reservations for food at 6pm. Saying as I was out for work until about 7pm with American clients this was pretty unreasonable I think. Was told by a member of reception staff that there was a McDonalds in town so could go there. After a long day of driving and making my way out to the hotel the last thing I wanted to do was head back into Fort William for a McDonald’s. Hotel can maybe take this into consideration. Room was cold during the night so uncomfortable.

Ottima l’accoglienza e la pulizia della stanza assegnataci. La stanza era di dimensioni superiori alla media e con una bella vista sul mare.

La struttura è un po’ datata e per certi aspetti andrebbe ammodernata. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante con un prezzo ottimo ma con un menu molto tradizionale così come la colazione che comunque aveva un’offerta molto varia.

Quite small room and in need of an upgrade

We only stayed one night, on route of our road trip around the highlands. Nice sized clean double room. Breakfast was a full Scottish and very good, but it was an extra cost. I thought the bed was comfy, my husband didn't. You cant please everyone!

The hotel didn't have a lift. Our room was on the second floor, so it meant carrying our overnight case up 2 floors. If you have health issues and elderly, best to give this hotel a miss. It's not the hotels fault if you book knowing there's no lift.

Room was tidy and breakfast was good.

Leaking tap and dripping noise. Overall hotel looks delapedated from road, bathrooms have old fixtures and building has rotting cladding on back wall. Overall place needs a serious revamp.
