The staff were very nice and friendly top marks

Next door a couple were fighting all night and shouting at each other it was awful it spoilt our sleep also someone knocked on our door which was scary we would have appreciated a discount on the price paid for the lack of sleep

Great location right next to the Loch with excellent views from our room. Restaurant was value for money and staff were rushed but really friendly. Barmaid was professional and friendly and drinks were reasonably priced. Room was clean as was the hotel in general. Easy to access Fort William and Ben Nevis - which was the point of our trip.

When we arrived the male receptionist was particularly rude and unhelpful. Just said no to every request - without really letting us finish. If we asked a question he'd say "I'll get to that in a minute". We asked if they could provide a cold breakfast as we had paid but had to leave early. He just said "No, there's no flexibility on breakfast".

customer service was excellent. room was fabulously clean. room had everything i needed.

parking, although plentiful, was tight after 7pm. buses crowded the parking area in the morning. it was NOT easy walking distance to town for anybody 50+.

Bien situé, lit confortable .

Mur très mal isolé, on entend tout les bruits des chambres voisines. Petit déjeuner très moyen si on ne veut pas du traditionnel british, et les horaires d’ouverture à 7 h30 sont pour nous vraiment tardifs, le système de service aux tables fait vraiment perdre beaucoup de temps le matin.

Rooms were clean and tidy, free parking on site convenient. Located slightly out of town but a quick and easy drive in. Quiet location and right on the water.

Had an issue where we had been booked in to a single bed room for my partner and I, retuned to reception and they were very apologetic and helpful however being a Saturday night the only available room was a double room with 2 single beds. Grateful to each have a bed but the mistake a bit frustrating nonetheless.

There was no coffee available in the restaurant/bar apart from instant. The menu was limited and we were not able to be accommodated for dinner on the night that we stayed. The bathroom had the shower over the bath which would be difficult to use if people had mobility issues. The hotel was 2 miles from the town centre(this did not effect us, as we had a car)
