Ended up with bed bug bites absolutely disgusting

Most rooms have a nice view of the loch (ours was partially obstructed, but could still see it). The bar and restaurant seemed nice and there is a small patio facing the lake. The manager/concierge was excellent—very friendly, professional, and cool/collected, even as she dealt with a large busload of retirees staying there at the time.

Sausages were as cheap as you can get could have been made to be a good breakfast liked the location

When you get to the hotel it looks run down but the rooms are excellent

Excellent location with a lake view. Double bed was comfortable. Room condition and ensuite was fairly clean. Space for free parking on hotel premises.

There was a strong stench of a chemical all around the building which was very unpleasant to smell. Very old out of date decor No lifts Creaky floor boards everywhere

Breakfast was amazing. The room was above and beyond. The view to Ben Nevis mountain was something.

The beds were a bit short. We are 170cm (5ft 7in) and 180cm (5ft 11in), our toes were hanging off the bed.

The staff were friendly, helpful, exemplary. We very much enjoyed our stay.
