Last time when I stayed here it was a very good experience but this time it is very poor because the bathroom got choked and it was filled with water.

I forgot my neckband there and I call the staff to check the room and tell me and they promised me that they will call in half an hour and I waited almost 2 hours but they didn't call me. I forgot it and lost it no problem but atleast the staff should have called me.
