The room was okay but they didn't change the sheets or duvet cover. One man vacated and they gave me the room to freshen up as I had come in the morning. I left my bags there and left in 15-20 mts. However, when I came back at night, it was the same bed covers and there was no towel given until I asked for it. I thought tea in the morning was free but when I was checking out, they charged me rs. 80 for 4 days of morning tea! The attitude of the staff was bad, they were literally rude if you asked for anything. Even to have a bath, you have to request them to switch on the electricity connection so that the geyser will work. Cleanliness is definitely not a word you will find in the hotel dictionary! I had told them when I booked the room, that I would like to check in a bit early and I will check out by 8 am as my train leaves at 9 am. Had requested the manager to confirm but he never replied back. When I reached there in the morning, the guy told me (on call) that if he did not reply it means early check in is not possible!
