Great location, very comfortable bed and nice complimentary welcome snacks. Overall, a very good experience. Check in was easy and everything went smoothly.

I didn't love that there's no human interaction.

"Brilliant!"

Brilliant stay! The hotel is so secure and you feel extremely safe here. The facilities are brilliant and the room is lovely. It was so comfortable, modern, warm and homely. The bathroom is slightly tight and can be a squeeze, but it’s comfortable enough and very clean. We also loved that there was a car park with spaces - this is hard to find in Lisbon!

It’s a little distance from the centre - you do need a car or the underground to get around.

"Lovely Lisbon"

Easy and straightforward to access room

Apart from not having my room ready for 3pm check-in after an extremely long travel morning/afternoon (Lisbon airport, IYKYK), it was fine.
