Achei o espaço para as roupas muito restrito. O quarto é um pouco pequeno dificultando a acomodação das malas

Parking

Their fully online experience was meticulous and consistent. Online check-in, receiving a code to unlock the room (also the elevator, the building, and the parking lot), getting the WiFi password, etc. went seamlessly. All explanations have been clear and useful. The breakfast at a partner hotel across the road was very good. There is a big and good supermarket next door to get water or any food.

1. The Booking.com description says the hotel has a gym (I selected it explicitly). It DOESN'T. They offer a free 4-day membership at a partner gym company, but their closest gym is 14 minutes on foot each way. Which means that to exercise before breakfast you need to get up 30+ minutes earlier than normal (vs. the gym on the premises). The description on the website should be clear: NO Gym. 2. The breakfast is in a partner hotel across the road, just 50m away. BUT to get there you need to cross 2 (!) streets and wait for 3 traffic lights, because it's a busy multi-street intersection. We were lucky (good weather), but when it's cold or rainy it means you need to get put on a coat or take an umbrella to go to breakfast... 3. Parking is paid online as a separate service (the hotel only has 2 clearly marked parking spaces in a garage in the same building), and I've booked my parking space well in advance. But both spaces have been occupied when we arrived. We parked in a nearby slot and went to our room. Given complete lack of onsite personnel I had to go through a long chat with their Support on WhatsApp. It starts with an idiotic automated bot that suggests you to get out and find another parking at nearby Numa properties. (NO, THANK YOU - I HAVE BOOKED A ROOM HERE, I PRE-PAID THE PARKING SPACE, I DROVE FOR SEVERAL HOURS, WE HAVE OUR LUGGAGE WITH US, I HAVE NO DESIRE TO GO ANYWHERE IN THE EVENING, AND I CANNOT ALLOW MY CAR TO BE TOWED OR WHEEL-LOCKED...) Then the bot suggested to connect me to a human being. It has taken their support 30 minutes to get back to me and suggest to use one of the adjacent spaces, one of which was, luckily, available. But this is the reverse side of fully online experience: works great until you have an emergency... But then quick resolution is not available. (Their emergency number left me waiting...) 4. Their cleaning is negligent. NEVER replaced the wet bathroom floor mat... 5.

Excellent hotel, everything was perfect and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, the online communication was quick, and the lovely welcome gifts were a very thoughtful touch. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped, and everything was exceptionally clean. It was especially helpful that there was a restroom available downstairs and luggage storage even after check-out, as our flight departed late in the evening. I would have loved to have a room with a terrace, but unfortunately none were available by the time we booked. I hope I’ll be able to get one next time! The location was also perfect: close to the lively city center, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet—only about a 10-minute trip. Right next to the hotel there was a metro station, bus connections, and a huge supermarket. From now on, whenever I travel anywhere in the world, the first thing I’ll do is check whether there’s a Numa property available. 😊 Thank you for everything. The comfort of the hotel made our visit to Lisbon even more enjoyable and memorable.
