"Der Aufenthalt war gemütlich und erholsam."

Der Self-Check-in mit dem PIN funktionierte reibungslos. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass man mit der App auch die Tür öffnen konnte. Die Unterkunft hatte insgesamt eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Vor allem die kostenlosen Snacks waren eine tolle Idee. Auch der Selbstbedienungsraum mit Handtüchern, Bügeleisen und weiteren nützlichen Utensilien war sehr praktisch und hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht.

Aufgrund der Informationen in der App ging ich zunächst davon aus, dass das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt wird. Tatsächlich wurde es jedoch jeden Tag gereinigt. Das war grundsätzlich kein Problem. Einmal kam das Reinigungspersonal allerdings bereits gegen 10:00 Uhr ins Zimmer, während ich noch dort war, was etwas überraschend war. Daher empfehle ich, das „Do not disturb“-Schild an die Tür zu hängen, um unerwartete Störungen zu vermeiden.

Localização próxima a várias atrações(av Liberdade) e ponto de partida de city tours(praça Marques do Pombal e metro.A acomodação é compacta porém muito confortável,limpa e bem decorada.Acesso totalmente por senha ,possibilita early Check in mediante prévio pagamento e todo atendimento funciona muito bem mesmo sendo 100% virtual.
