Todo muy bien, solo no me gusto el cobro de las toallas, porque no fue intencional, entiendo que son reglas, pero no a ese precio, las toallas son muy viejas ya.

Solo su cobro de toallas, muy caro y estan muy desgastadas.

La ubicación

Habitación y desayuno no para un hotel de 4 estrellas, nos cambiaron de habitación porque perdía agua por el lavabo y en la segunda lo mismo. El desayuno buffet ridículo, estuvimos tres noches y los tres días solo había para escoger los mismos platos o revuelto de huevo o mole de frijoles, nada más. El último día ya ni desayunamos.

El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es muy amable

El hotel ya es muy viejo y un poco obscuro y las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento y mas cuidado, pero con el desayuno, la ubicación y las atenciones del personal quedé contenta.
