the room was clean and comfortable. toilet and bathroom was clean as well .

Bathroom very dirty and full of stuff. Other two bedrooms with people living permanently so fridge, kitchen shelves and bathroom are packed. Mattress super uncomfortable, bed linen very dirty, no black out in the bedroom. Had to ask for the code door as it was my time for checking it already and hadn’t received any instructions. Wouldn’t come back!

The home owner promised a full refund and never did. So I don't like it that they lied.

The bad was comfortable.

There seemed to be others living there rather than guests and their stuff was everywhere, in the kitchen, in the fridge, in the bathroom. Instructions about access were finally sent after some “checking” of my booking. No coffee or tea available.

It was close to town . There was free wifi. The view outside was cool . It was generally a quiet environment or neighbourhood.

There was no air freshener in the bathrooms. The bathroom floors had moulds and dirty The rooms were smelly and carpet required heavy vacuuming. There was no tv in the dining room. Beds were old and had no top sheets just duvet covers . The other bed had sagged/dip in the middle. There were no dish /tea towels to dry the dishes. The kitchen was generally dirty . There was no iron in the house.

Handy to town and moterway. Big lounge, dining room, kitchen well labeled and outdoor deck seating. All very nice. The owner was obliging and got onto the broken hot water cylinder quickly, although we had 2 cold showers.

The room was advertised as a King, but it was only a queen if that, and the duvet didn't cover us both, but I found spare blanket. So though disappointed we only used place to sleep in.
