Great location for hopping on and off the bus to see the lakes. Nicely renovated and very clean and tidy. Would book again.

We liked all of it. Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms and an outside table and chairs in the back garden , but only minor things.

Modern bathroom, lovely hot shower and full kitchen; smart tvs and internet. Great location and great value for families.

A quaint little cottage 10 minutes from Windermere on one side and Sainsbury's Staveley on the other side. The finishing of the house was superb. Very different from the outside view. Also clean overall. All the comforts of home incl a washing machine.

The cottage is small. All the appliances are places very close to each other. Climbing the stairs is difficult not impossible. The kitchen stove is too high tech. Took some trial and error to work it out. Lastly the bathroom door lock. Doesn't seem to work, for me. Not sure how to operate it.

Lovely cottage and an even lovelier host :) Very clean and well maintained, small backyard with a gate, front window overlooking the road. Bus stop right in front of the cottage, to go to Windermere or Kendal directions. All appliances in excellent condition, loved the fact that even the dish scrubber was new. Nice little biscuits and hot chocolate along with tea, coffee and milk which were in abundant supply. Ironing board, cloth dryer stand, all small details well thought of. Brittany was so sweet, she even brought salt, pepper and oil when I mentioned it was not there and we needed it. She also allowed a late checkout with just enough time for them to clean the cottage for the next guest. We had a great stay for 6 nights.

Nothing at all. If really to nitpick, The bunk bed was a little too soft for me, but managed with the provided extra pillows for back support and I slept quite well.
