Luke and Nye were very approachable and friendly and made me feel very welcome. The hotel room was perfect for my stay, neat and tidy. The bar area was a nice hub of people and a good start to each evening

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel, I thought it was spot on. The location is a bit away from the main promenade so this may put people off but for myself this was fine.

The owners were really nice and helpful. Room was spotless. Had everything you needed for a stay

Owners are very welcoming. Room was bigger than I expected and bathroom was good. WiFi was good and there was plenty of tea coffee etc. Also friendly bar were you can get a drink.

We come to Blackpool every year and this is by far the best place we have stayed!! Great owners, large rooms, clean, tidy, quiet (the bar looks epic but you can’t hear a thing in the rooms so get the best of both worlds)….but my absolute stand out thing was the most comfortable pillows 🤣🤣 even better than my ones at home!!

Location was brilliant. Straight off the train and 2 mins to walk probably. Lovely walk to the attractions. The hotel was brilliant had all we needed in our room and the owners were absolutely amazing made us feel so welcoming.

We arrived never having stayed before we met our hosts in there bar we had an enquiry about our bedside lamps one of our hosts went up and sorted it straight away there baris we'll stocked & drinks are very reasonable they don't do breakfast but recommend a local cafe five minutes away we would stay again without a doubt 10 out of 10 fabulous
