Newly Refurbished City Centre House With Parking

Check-in was simple and everything was easy to find. The washing machine and dishwasher worked well and made longer stays very convenient. It’s in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, which was lovely and peaceful at night. The location is great — just a 10-minute bike ride to the university or the centre of town. Would definitely stay again!

Parking on the street is a bit tight, but we always managed to find a space without too much trouble.

This shouldn't be advertised as house with parking. Although there is free on street parking all the spaces are taken up by residents and we had to park two streets away

It was clean, good facilities plenty of room With outside space

Had to move some furniture to have a family meal Outside the city centre but was able to navigate distance through walking into the the city centre or getting a bus

We absolutely loved the comfort of the house and how it felt like a home away from home. There were supplies and appliances for all occasions which we weren't expecting. The garden area outside was a bonus too, although the weather didn't allow is to sit outside, it was a good space. Duncan was also superb at communicating if I had a question for him. Very happy!

Nothing. Although if you are a louder group of people (hopefully we weren't!), you do have neighbours on both sides so being respectful and aware of how much noise you are making is important.

The house was very clean and tidy. They recently had carpets fitted so everywhere looked fresh. Kitchen was well equipped to cook. One bathroom was fine. This had put me off booking it but 6 adults we all went through and we never had a problem. Area was safe and quiet. One bonus was a washing machine and after a muddy park run. It was needed. Lovely Italian restaurant 10 minute walk called Napoli Cafe in Sidwell Street. It doesn't look very inviting but the food was amazing and very lovely staff. Duncan the host was very kind letting us drop our bags off early. When we had a question. Duncan was very quick to answer it. Thank you. Would book again when visiting my son at university there.

Great location, lovely accommodation, really felt like a home.

No bath, but that was only an issue because we have a baby. Otherwise bathroom and shower were great.

The house was everything they said it would be. I highly recommend this property. I managed to park outside 3 nights out of 4, the 4th night i was only 3 doors away.

The property was definitely a home from home, very comfortable and clean

The property is in a great location with a five minute drive to the shops. Beds were comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was fairly quick at responding.

Unfortunately the property although stated as a newly refurbished needs a bit of tlc and there is only one bathroom. Cleanliness wasn't very good at all. Once I had contacted the owner he was also shocked by the pictures that was sent over. He did offer for a "cleaner" to come over and clean but we didn't want this to ruin our stay. Although I did clean the shower and toilet myself.
