GBI had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very well heated (it was the end of February and still very cold outside) and the location was perfect - in the heart of the old town, very close to a Metro station and within walking distance of many of the major sights. The host was absolutely brilliant: I returned to the apartment after a visit to the Palace of the Parliament to discover I'd left my key at the Palace following the airport-style security procedure which they have there. The Palace was now closed for the day and I was panicking that I would be locked out for the night in the freezing cold with very little battery left on my iPhone. Thankfully I managed to get through to the host who got a replacement key over to the property within a few minutes - I can't express what a relief that was! Many thanks to the host - I would recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Bucharest.
