Strategica posizione nell'Old Town in una zona tranquilla. Appartamento molto grande e il propietario Stefan e la sua fidanzata hanno dedicato del tempo a me per fare il giro di tutta old tow. Sono stati davvero gentilissimi. Consiglio questa casa a tutti!

Μία νύχτα, άγνωστα άτομα κατάφεραν να μπουν στο κτίριο, ανέβηκαν μέχρι το διαμέρισμά μου και άρχισαν να χτυπούν επίμονα την πόρτα φωνάζοντας να ανοίξω. Ένιωσα να κινδυνεύω και χρειάστηκε να απειλήσω ότι θα καλέσω την αστυνομία για να φύγουν. Το γεγονός ότι μπόρεσαν να μπουν μέσα δείχνει πως η πόρτα της εισόδου του κτιρίου παραμένει ανοιχτή και η ασφάλεια είναι ανύπαρκτη. Αρχικά, ο ιδιοκτήτης έδειξε θετική διάθεση και είπε ότι θα ελέγξει το περιστατικό, όμως στη συνέχεια απαξίωσε το γεγονός και το παρουσίασε ψευδώς ως ασήμαντο, προκειμένου να μην αποζημιωθώ. Αυτή η στάση με έκανε να νιώσω ακόμα πιο εκτεθειμένη και ανυπεράσπιστη. Η υψηλή βαθμολογία του καταλύματος ήταν παραπλανητική σε σχέση με την πραγματικότητα. Εξαιτίας του περιστατικού αναγκάστηκα να αλλάξω διαμονή, πληρώνοντας διπλά, ενώ η ψυχική ταραχή που πέρασα ήταν τεράστια. Δεν προτείνω σε κανέναν να μείνει εδώ, ιδιαίτερα σε ταξιδιώτες που αναζητούν ασφάλεια. My experience at this accommodation was unpleasant and unsafe. One night, strangers managed to enter the building, came up to my apartment, and started banging on my door persistently, shouting for me to open. I felt in real danger and had to threaten to call the police in order for them to leave. The fact that they could so easily enter shows that the building’s entrance door is left open and security is non-existent. At first, the host reacted positively and said he would check the incident, but later he dismissed the situation and falsely downplayed it in order to avoid compensating me. This attitude made me feel even more exposed and unprotected. The high rating of this property was misleading compared to the reality. Because of the incident, I was forced to change accommodation, paying double, while also suffering a great deal of emotional distress. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially to travelers who value their safety

Location was pretty good

I'm surprised all the other comments are positive. We personally had a terrible stay here. I saw boogers on walls, brown stains on the bathroom door, and crumbs on the kitchen floor and under the bed. The bed was broken so we spent very uncomfortable nights. We kept sinking into the middle of the bed. Back and neck pain from sleeping in super uncomfortable positions. Also the bed sheets didn't stay attached to the bed and the mattress protector under the sheets does not get washed before every client. Also be aware that you will poop in the same little place you take a shower so you will have to plan in advance and be open minded. I had to shorten my stay and asked for a refund for the night we didn't stay (every night was a nightmare) but the host wanted to see my review before accepting the refund. I don't remember having had a worse experience than this one.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. The location is especially good for those that look to visit as many places as possible in the city centre. Highly recommend!

Stefan war einfach super. Hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Lage in der Altstadt. Trotzdem war es abends ruhig.

Wegen des Preis-Leistungsverhältnis keine Beanstanfungen.
