"Good place to stay, but better outside rainy season"

Swimming pool and garden beautiful, friendly personnel, clean room and bathroom with warm water and good shower.

In rainy season the beach is not a viable place to go. Quality Restaurants are minimum 2km walking away (the wave) or 4.8 km to railway station and Bentota beach center (Rana sea food). Bed was big enough but felt the springs in the mattress. Simple breakfast.

"Great place near beach"

We stayed at new building and it’s in very good condition. Really clean room and modern. Stuff where super nice. Beach is few minutes away

The pool is looking amazing and clean but warm water inside isn’t meant for refreshing. Fruits for breakfast are awesome, but the eggs seemed quite tasteless.

"Comfortable spacious apartment with friendly owners"

We loved the really big, beautiful apartment. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was tasty and really big, restaurant is available for lunch and dinner as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, hence we never used it - it would be great for long term stay. Owners / staff were helpful and nice, even offered us coffee at midnight when we were leaving to the airport. Induruwa Beach is close - across the road. Apartment is not directly on Bentota beach despite its name, but on Induruwa Beach (nice and more quiet than Bentota Beach, but still few restaurants and local stores in walking distance). I can only recommend this place.

Modern, beautiful grounds, clean pool, great staff and food, lonely beach just above the street, great value for money, highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful staff. Pool well maintained, crystal clear. Comfortable beds . Walking distance to Iduruwa train station, frequent buses passing.. Would stay again Small restaurant on site, nice food, we ata there most nights. Would stay again.

The property and location is very good. Also the rooms are very good and unique. Hotel staff is very good, friendly and smiling. The garden also clean and beautiful. Food was very very good. They also have very good and clean swimming pool. I'm really satisfied with all the service of MANGO TREE VILLA
