Ottima la posizione, vicinissima alle terme libere. Appartamento nuovo e accogliente. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento molto accogliente e ben curato. Posizione ottima sia per le terme del Fosso Bianco che per raggiungere gli altri luoghi della Val d'Orcia.

A recent restructured apartment in an old building, carefully designed to use the space at the best. There’s a welcome basket, and the kitchen is equipped with the necessary. The apartment is very clean.

The apartment was brilliant -clean tidy well set up

Unfortunately it was a frustrating issue trying to enter the front door- you needed the know how of just how to manipulate the key in order to open the door- perhaps the lock should be changed to work more easily. It took us over half an hour to actually gain access which was frustrating to say the least. The apartment was cosy and had heat when we entered which at that time of day on a warm day wasn’t necessary but it went off at 6 pm after we had returned wet from our dip in the thermal waters and although we contacted the owner the issue was not addressed and we were made to feel unreasonable for complaining. Luckily we were tired and went to bed in the warm early. During the night the temperature dropped and at 6am then 7.30 and still no heat- a lot of discussion about us complaining saying it will come on but it did not until 9.30 am when we were packed ready to go. A bit of warmth in the morning to appreciate what is a great apartment over breakfast and a shower not an unreasonable ask. We suggested perhaps their timers should be adjusted to optimal use times for one night stay customers. Heat during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm is not useful when check in is 3pm and check out 10 am

Clean and just what I’d expect in a small Italian town

Nothing

Really close to the hot springs. We were four, including our 3months old baby, altough we had reserved for three and the host was kind enough not to have us pay extra for the fourth person (we didn´t need any extra bed or anything for our baby).

It was not really clean and there is quite some smell of old peoples houses. We were here in march, and there is an actually nice automatic pellets heater but everywhere more than one meter away from the heater the flor is freezing cold. At night the heater happened to turn itself off and it got really chilly.
