"Would definitely stay here again"

Was very clean and spacious, Pierre was very nice and prompt to communicate with. Location was pretty good for close proximity to all the sites and amenities in Valletta

The noise from the street on the main road was very loud since the windows had no barrier for sound. A lot of stairs to climb with luggage since elevator not working.

Przepięknie i gustownie urządzony apartament w starej kamienicy w sercu Valetty. Doskonałe położenie. Bliskie sąsiedztwo w restauracjami, sklepami spożywczymi oraz zabytkami. Pozostawienie przez właścicieli kapsułek z kawą oraz butelki z zimną wodą na start. Duża staranność w urządzeniu apartamentu. Meble i inne dodatki skrupulatnie dobrane.

Właściciele zasypywali mnie niesamowitą ilością wiadomości o naszych obowiązkach i zachowaniu się w apartamencie. Co nam wolno a czego nie, co powinniśmy zrobić zanim opuścimy apartament, bo inaczej czekają na nas sankcje finansowe, która zostanie potrącona z kaucji. Tymczasem sami nie wywiązali się z umowy. W apartamencie była uszkodzona zmywarka, popsuta suszarka na pranie. Zabrudzenia i kurz w kątach, na listwach. W łazienkach pleśń. Ręczniki miały nie świeży zapach. NIe szczelne okna. Hałasujące jednostki klimatyzacyjno - wentylacyjne przy oknie mniejszej sypialni, utrudniające sen. NIe działająca winda. Wnosiliśmy i znosiliśmy bagaże na 2 piętro poprzez nagrzaną i bez wentylacji wąską, ale uroczą klatkę schodową z naszym 4 - latkiem. Na naszą prośbę winda została włączona, jednak nie dojeżdżała na 2 piętro, tylko zatrzymywała się na pierwszym. Po dwóch dniach w środku nocy widna zaczęła hałasować i utrudniać spania naszemu 4 letniemu synowi. Po kontakcie z obsługą apartamentu sami musieliśmy rozwiązać problem, gdyż nikt nie mógł do nas dojechać i pomóc. Skorzystaliśmy z proponowanej przez obiekt opcji transferu z lotniska. Miał przyjechać po nas Pan, odebrać nas i pomóc w zakwaterowaniu w apartamencie. Tuż przez odlotem dostałam maila, że z lotniska odbierze nas inna osoba, klucze do apartamentu mamy sobie odebrać ze skrytki, a usługa jest droższa o 5 euro. Ostatecznie czekała na nas na lotnisku trzecia osoba, która za tą podwyższoną cenę zawiozła nas pod wskazany adres bez wsparcia w przenoszeniu walizek, etc Obiekt pobiera kaucję, którą zwolnił dopiero po 8 dniach od opuszczenia lokalu i po moim mailu przypominającym. Z uwagi na ilość nieudogodnień oraz niedotrzymanie warunków umowy zwróciłam się do obiektu z prośbą o częściowy zwrot zapłaconych środków adekwatnie do jakości, w której się znaleźliśmy. Dostałam odpowiedź, że podjęcie decyzji o zwrocie kosztów potrzebują czasu. Minęło 10 dni i nie otrzymałam jeszcze informacji zwrotnej.

"Very disappointing experience — not luxury, just agency greed!"

Very nice i interior design.

We paid a very decent amount for this stay, expecting a luxury apartment as advertised. While the apartment itself is indeed beautifully decorated and someone clearly put care into the interior, the service and management were completely unacceptable. We were asked to clean the entire apartment and take the trash out into the city — in a town we don’t even know, where it’s not clear where the bins are, because the building itself doesn’t have its own! Of course, it’s fair to expect guests not to destroy things or leave a huge mess, but this is not a home exchange — we paid for a luxury apartment, and they charge as much as a fine hotel, yet you’re expected to clean everything yourself. There were no cleaning supplies provided, no dishwasher capsules, and we spent the last part of our holiday stressed and cleaning, worried they would deduct money from our deposit if we didn’t leave it spotless. Speaking of the deposit: they took a deposit and promised via SMS to return it in 1–2 days — but it was returned only after a full month. Hello?! With what right do you hold on to someone’s money that long? It’s a disgrace. On top of that, there were hairs everywhere — totally unacceptable for a place claiming to be luxury. And of course, you won’t see the photos of the mold in the bathroom or the unfinished wall around the bathroom — photos attached. If I had known I would have to act as cleaning staff, I would never have booked this apartment. Shameful, misleading, and greedy. Avoid!

"Timeless large flat in a perfect location"

The property is in great location and great size. It was a typical Malta flat with a wonderful living room, appliances and safe entrance. The flat looks better than the pictures.

I have read about the mould in the shower in previous comments and got in touch with the management office to confirm if it has been fixed. I received a message that it was fixed. However, the main bathroom still had mould showing on the wallpaper (I know, who installs wallpaper) in the shower. The other shower had unfinished wall, so we didn’t use it. The main bedroom bed is uncomfortable and moves when your partner moves and makes noises. The luggage can be left only in management office in Sliema. Luckily there is a hotel around the corner that can store your luggage. Would have been nice to get this tip from management.

"Superb"

Nice modern apartment on second floor in a great location in old Valletta. Comfortable beds and aircon in all rooms. Great restaurant 2 doors away that we visited twice. Very close to the centre of town and the harbour. Apartment managers organised transfers which was so good.

Front bedroom had a bit of street noise. Humidifiers on the ceiling in each room were a little noisy and we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off. No big deal.

"Great location, but bathroom mould means cannot recommend it without risking your health"

The apartment is well located, although being in narrow street could be a bit noisy at night. The lounge and kitchen are good and the beds comfortable.

The bathrooms are awful. The main bathroom has textured wallpaper in the shower, not a hard surface! This means large areas of mould and discolouration had grown, leading to an awful stink in the bedroom unless the bathroom door was kept closed and the fan on. The shower stall must have a hard cleanable surface, like tiles or glass, or the mould will never be removed. Whoever thought the wallpaper was a good idea was crazy, and it would be illegal where I come from.

Breakfast wasn’t included….location was good.

Driver on arrival didn’t comply with the service because he had to eat lunch ..so he had to get a taxi last minute notice. We had a hard time to communicate with our host ,making difficult to get in the apartment…Agreement was to leave apartment spotless meanwhile they were dirty underwear’s on the dryer.
