Lombok Sunset Bay Resort

Very clean place with nice facilities (private pool and bathtub), very quiet location surrounded by water and exceptionally helpful staff. Rahman and his team really went out of their way to give us a nice stay and were so kind and lovely!

The place looks like it has seen better days but that’s mostly small maintenance stuff like the bathtub moving a little when you shift weight. It’s all clean tho and a nice place for an affordable resort stay.

The location was beautiful and it’s good value for money if you would like to relax since their villas have private pools. Special thanks to the venue manager Rahman, for making sure that we have a comfortable stay, and taking care of our needs. We would like also to thank our friendly driver Zul, for accommodating our itineraries and bringing us safely to our destination. And to all the wonderful staff of Sunset Bay, we are grateful for your warm hospitality. We had a wonderful time, just what we expected when we chose to book the place.

Note to the owner: Hope you could improve the menu of the restaurant, would be amazing to cater guests who would like to stay for a longer period of time.

Staff were really friendly and talkative. Views were amazing. Was very peaceful. Room and bathroom was large and spacious. Was my boyfriends birthday and they decorated the bed which was really kind of them. Pancakes for breakfast were yummy! We rented a moterbike from them which was helpful. Sunset views from the private beach was stunning. The staff sorted taxi transfer to Sengiggi for us to.

The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was enough trouble - we were able to book our taxi for the harbour with the lovely driver on site. This is our first time in Bali and the distance to this hotel from the airport and then to the harbour was over two hours. For the hosting - cleanliness of rooms and friendly staff we would rate this a ten out of ten.

Nice views and kind staff, very welcoming! Cute private pool. The hotel is located a bit far from restaurants/shops so I recommend renting a motorbike so you can move around easily. The beach next to the hotel is beautiful and not crowded at all!

Little options for dinner but everything we ate was ok. Everything else, great!
