Staff was terrible

Not much

Staff rude, not clean, way over priced. Attached to local pool so everyone stares at you all day. Room so hot even at the start of April. Lady receptionist extremely rude and unhelpful. Older gentleman is cordial

The swimming pool is not with the property, although when you make payment, it's towards the swimming pool which appears to be a govt. facility. It wasn't clean, and pics and reality are two different things.

Interesting property located on the same premises as a public swimming pool. Guests can use pool. It wasn’t noisy when we were there. There are about 8 rooms overlooking the pool on one side and the river outside the front door. It’s located outside of town and you need to catch a tuk tuk for 10 minutes on the road above hotel. Staff are really nice and breakfast is great. Sweet porridge, toast, pots of chai tea. Nice and warm room with comfortable bed. Hotel arranged a car and driver to take us to Dharmsala.

Not in town but on the other hand it’s situated in a lovely spot beside the river and away from traffic. Was easy to get to and from hotel

Location and rooms are beautiful. Food is also good.

Very limited amenities when compared to the charged price of the rooms. No AC in the rooms, No complementary water bottles, don’t go by photos - only pool view is free, pool access is chargeable. You even have to ask for towels and toiletries.
