I liked the design of the rooms. Staff were pleasant enough.

The facilities mention a swimming pool, fitness suite, Spa and Well Being centre. This is not entirely true. Next to the accommodation are these facilities, but they do not belong to the accommodation and have to be paid for separately. I questioned this to let them know I wasn't happy with the false claims. After some discussion they agreed to pay for me to have a swim. It should be removed from their advertising.

We had one day/night halt at this resort during our journey to Manali. The resort is located very close to the highway going to Manali. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the hotel room was superb - swimming pool on one side and river on the other. Food was superb. The staff especially Mr Jagdish Thakur GM was very friendly and helpful. The car parking space is quite big. Overall a very good experience.

Comfort room and space of the room good for family. Nice food really nice taste and portion size also. Really friendly staff always treats like a family. Nice and big rooms.

Had to pay for the tooth brush. I didn't know that it's not included with room . No replenishment of the bathroom amenities or changing of the towel until you ask. First time I experienced that if you want ice cubes you have to pay but they didn't had ice cubes also food was good nice portion and taste but some of the drink were not even cold food example cold coffee shakes it was not cold as it should be. Only one bottle of water will be there in the room and if need more will be charged atleast keep water in the room according to the number of guest.this place is really nice but need to look after some key points. 1. Visit the room atleast once for Cleaning of the room if needed. 2. Changing of towels and refilling of bathroom amenities . 3. Specially in summers make sure you are available with ice because it's really hot there. 4. Keep water in the room as per the number of guest staying. 5.shoukd keep all the bathroom amenities available and should be included instead of chargeable.
