Rude employees with zero customers service.

The room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It was a bit noisy at night, and it wasn't the greatest location.

Very professional staff.

The kitchen to cook.

Very clean rooms equipped with bar fridge, microwave, and air con.

The location of the guest house is not the safest, but the security is good.

The kitchen staff/cleaners were very polite.

Fittings are not up to scratch. The doors are falling, Aircon dispenses only cold air. Electricity keeps cutting

They always clean the room every day I love that.

Breakfast, employees on the kitchen counter they need to improve they’re very disorganized they need a whole training on food preparation and customer service. Very poor on that area

Their customer service was really good expecially there managers Mr.Charle and Mrs Michael They were was good and helpful and the cleaning service too was incredible 😲

The state of the room and I struggled with ironing and to charge my phones and lastly the way their room services knocks on the door quickly at you're sleeping 😴
