I liked the friendliness of the staff. Easy location Next to lagoon beach Good breakfast for first 2 days then other days it was not the same. Overall good hospitality to be honest

The place is In a Horrible area it looks very scary the area , thier place is okay bed is very poor. You can't even make kid with your partner because of the sound of the bed. The food is worse we couldn't even eat there on our second day .definitely I will never recommend it to anyone

"Poor customer service, rude employees, our room was smelling very bad also , the location is also not safe to walk aroun"

Nothing much

The stuff have terrible behaviors, they have zero customers service, the place is self catering but the kitchen facilities are not freely available for the guests to use. Their WiFi is not strong at most of the rooms. Their TVs have old channels , during our stays several times people have played loud music at the swimming pool. Their stuff members need a whole training on how to work with guests. But I like Mr Mike and Mr Charles services.

The Pool Area was Amazing...the breakfast which was prepared by the "coloured" lady was Amazing she was Very welcoming and Attentive... The White Reception Gentleman was very professional...

We had to ask for clean towels all the time... the African Man from reception was very rude n codencending...we wanted rooms next to each other and They refused us... and him coming in the Rooms without knocking.... Extremely RUDE
