Blue Moon Hostel

I had a great stay at Blue Moon. It’s a lovely little hotel/hostel in a great location The best thing about it is the staff, particularly the owner Idan. He really made me feel welcome, organised a shuttle from the airport for a good price, all my excursions, which were great (and well priced) and he gave me loads of information on what to do and where to go. He also went above and beyond in many ways including sending my electric toothbrush to the lake after i left it there!! What a legend! Thank you! 🙏🏼

Good. The manager is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The description was misleading. It said the room had a private balcony but it was shared with other guests.

Very nice hosts

- Hosts were great and very helpful. - Beds were comfortable - Overall, the place had a nice, relaxed vibe.

- A fair bit of sound transfer between the private rooms. They enforce the quiet hours in the common areas, not their fault when the guests are being inconsiderate in their rooms at night.

Really well located and clean hostel. I liked the outside common areas. Veronica, the lady who checked me in, was really friendly, and so was I suppose the manager Aydan and helpful as well. You could see the staff cleaning the washroom regularly. I enjoyed the small, cozy hostel feeling there.

I would simply suggest more equipment for the dorms, maybe remove a bed and add a wardrobe, shelves to put backpacks.. as it was very messy, there is absolutely nothing to organise our belongings, it felt overwhelming.

Sufficient for what we needed. Affordable and great location.

The hostel is always clean and chill environement! The owners are so nice and helpful in everything you need. Very family feel to the place. Also there is a great view of the volcano and you can see it erupting from the couch in the balcony!

Bathrooms and rooms were very clean. Huge comfortable bed in the private double

Shower tap needs fixing. Doors are made of metal which makes them very noisy
