BNFeel likes home....quite environment....everytime i travel to batam...will stay here....its my third time stay in this apartment....the owner fast response when we having any problems...water heater is okay....kitchen utensils is complete....loves this unit having washing machine....AC unit good...medium size fridge good to...easy to store a lot of foods and drinks.....balcony is superb can view surrounding...enjoy having morning breakfast at balcony....overall is 100% ....i'm so happy....
Only having water pressure problem.....sometimes its running slow sometimes okay just like...on off...but still okay for us......

SGWe had a wonderful stay at the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.
We understand that the room itself is non-smoking; however, we were a little surprised to learn that smoking is not permitted even on the balcony, especially as it is furnished with chairs.
