"Value for money, nice quiet neighbourhood"

The house is located near to Myongji college and university, accessible by subway & bus, convenience store around the corner and emart within walking distance. The owner is friendly and response to messages promptly and extends his kindness in dropping us to the subway. Room , toilet , living room and shared kitchen is clean. Feel like staying at friend’s house, comfortable and nice neighbourhood with the puppy Eden as company.

The apartment is located in a very nice district. The room, bathroom and common area are nice and very clean. The owner is really friendly, we shared a nice evening with him.

It was close to many vicinities, the equipments were all at disposition, it was clean and well maintained and the host was always there for help ! We had such a lovely stay here and won’t hesitate to come again

Частный трёхэтажный дом местного жителя , небольшой подъем в горку , два квартала , очень тихий район и нам было интересно тут пожить. Квартира на третьем этаже с отдельным входом по лестнице, лифта нет, в квартире есть три комнатки которые сдаются отдельно, общая зона кухни и ванна. Ключи выдаются на каждую комнату. Очень чисто, уютно, есть абсолютно всё, как дома. Включая расходники типа порошка и геля для мытья посуды. Удобные кровати. Одну ночь мы провели полностью одни в квартире, на вторую ночь появились соседи. Хозяин говорит на английском , очень доброжелательнвй, встретил, показал всю территорию, разрешено курить на открытой площадке лестницы. Есть две точки WiFi, работал неплохо. Вокруг много магазинчиков и кафе, метро недалеко.

Минусов не обнаружили, разве только странное постельное бельё, простынь оказалась скользкой , будто это было покрывало для кровати. В остальном очень комфортно.
