Service exceeded all expectations

Great hospitality. We stayed during the end of December From the time of arrival they were really helpful and we were greeted warmly. We bought the whole villa and it was an amazing stay. The owner (santhush)is really friendly and helpful gentleman. View from the room is very pleasant . 500m walking distance to Loversleep water fall. There’s pool table also. Highly recommended this place. 😊💐

It's a really beautiful place. The interior decor and also the garden is so intriguing. The owner, Mr. Santhush was really kind and pleasant. He was very helpful. When considering the facilities, it was worth it. The bathrooms and the bedrooms were really neat and tidy. And the Venice House is a great view point. Thank you very much Santhush we really enjoyed our trip.💫💫💫

It had a pool table

No alcohol in the bar, restaurant had no choice, staff blasted out rubbish music in reception/restaurant, hotel is in the middle of nowhere so we couldn't get into town, bedroom roof leaked, came down for breakfast and noone was around, lights off, had to fend for ourselves ntil he heard the TV on and finally got out of bed to make breakfast. Absolute disaster

The room was neat and tidy and had very thing we needed for a comfy stay. Thank you to Santush for helping us secure a tuk tuk and driver for the day.

The Venice House is a little far out of town so hard to access restaurants and do some sight seeing without hiring a tuk tuk and driver. Although clean and comfy, the room was a little loud and check in could have been smoother.

Good place for a couple only. The room is not big enough for a family of 3 people. The one who cooks the food is good. His meals were very tasty 😋. Breakfast only gives rice and Curry no variations. We requested to change then only they changed for Roti..

Good view.friendly.staff.The guest house surrounded by beautiful mountain and vegetables farms .The views from the house are amazing and u can see waterfall at mountain side.The owner is very friendly and mindfully. We had an exceptional stay at this place without worrying anything.
