"Schönes Haus für Entdeckungsreisen Rund um Bari, kein Badeurlaub."

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Innenhof, großer Terasse und Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt zwei Ebenen, 1.Ebene: Küche, Aufenthaltsraum, Terasse, 1Badezimmer. Man kann auf der Terasse sehr schön frühstücken und essen mit Blick aufs Meer. 2.Ebene (im Kellergeschoß) : 2 Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer, 1 Badezimmer. Da die Schlafräume im Kellergeschoß liegen, gibt es leider keine Fenster, nur Oberlichter. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden: Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine. Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist ausreichend für 5 Personen.

Der Pool kostet Eintritt und gehört nicht zum Haus. Er ist nur im Juli und August geöffnet. Wir hatten uns so gefreut und waren sehr enttäuscht. Der Zugang zum Meer ist auch wirlich nicht gut. Nur Felsplatten. Zwei Dinge , die der Vermieter weiß und dringend repariert werden sollten: -das Treppengeländer vom Untergeschoß in den Aufenthaltsraum. -das Metallbett in einem der Doppelzimmer (Quietscht bei jeder Bewegung) Noch ein Tipp: die Schlüssel am Schlüsselbund (7 Stück) farblich markieren, damit man sich merken kann, zu welchem Schloß sie passen.

Terrasse et espace à l'intérieur

Le fait de s'être presque fait agressé à la piscine par des gens qui de plus de ne parler qu'étaient ne voulaient pas qu'on s'assied sur les chaises. Personne ne nous avait dit que les chaises étaient privées.

A great place in a quiet area right by the sea. The apartment was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace. We received clear instructions from the hosts in advance on how to get to the accommodation. We were fully satisfied.

The host was very friendly and welcoming and was always available to help with any questions we had.

Paying to use the shared swimming pool. Ideally this should be worked into the price of the accommodation so that guests don’t have to pay extra. Wearing of swimming caps.

The owners are delightful and are keen for the guests to experience the best of Puglia. The villa is clean and functional with lovely terraces and sea views.

The litter on the beach just outside the villa. Such a pity.
