"Great location, very nice flat"

Exceptionally great location, very nice owner, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, spatious kitchen, balcony.

Unfortunately we didn't notice in the reviews it's two separte miniflats divided by a starcaise for the whole building (which is quiet, but you have to always take keys with you when going form bedrom to kitchen). The second thing I totally understand, but it should be mentioned - you cannot flush the toilet paper and you have to throw it in the (small) bin. I know the reason behind this (old plumbing system) and respect it of course, but it would be great to know about it beforehand so you can decide. Also a small closet to unpack clothes would be great.

"Buena ubicacion pero mucho ruido"

Ubicacion excelente. La cama muy cómoda.

En la habitación habia una insonorizacion insuficiente que perjudicó nuestro descanso, debido al ruido ambiental. Se necesitarian tapones.

"Overall a good experience for a few days stay in Porto"

Perfect location in the city center. Practical electrical heating, good availability of hot water. The host has been nice and available for questions both on person and by phone.

The bathroom is very small, and water spills out from the walk-in shower. The kitchen and the bedroom are in two separate apartments divided by the common hallway, still for exclusive guest use. This wasn't a problem for us as we always ate outside, but worth nothing for longer stays with planned kitchen usage.

La ubicación, la comodidad de la cama.

Había chinches en la habitación y amanecimos con picaduras. Se lo dijimos a la anfitriona y dijo que pondría remedio de inmediato. Podría ser un problema del edificio y por eso no se lo adjudico al alojamiento totalmente, pero puede haber alguien con alergia y es un problema importante. En la separación entre el dormitorio y la parte de salón/cocina hay que especificar que se sale al rellano del edificio cada vez que cambias de estancia. Por lo demás está bastante bien.
