Fabulous ground floor apartment.

This is a really well modernised ground-floor apartment in an interesting old building. Excellent facilities, well equipped kitchen, good walk-in shower. Malvern is a beautiful town, with an interesting museum, and the priory is wonderful.

The parking was a little tricky, as Lygon Bank is quite steep - the clue is in the name! We would have liked to know more about these interesting buildings. Any chance of a bit of history being left inthe flat? The fridge was in a bit of state. The bottle shelf broke off, and the icebox door is loose. The owner sent me nice reply when I raised this with him.

Well laid out accommodation with great location for Malvern town centre.

It was cold on arrival, and took a while for heating to warm up

My friend and I hadn't seen each other for 40 years, since we shared a flat in Great Malvern when we were 20 and 21. So it was a reunion on steroids! The location was perfect to walk into Malvern and up the Hills and to retrace old memories. The flat was cute and cosy with a lovely shower. The beds were just right. There was parking right on the doorstep and comfy chairs to lounge on and chat. The hosts had generously supplied toiletries for the shower. All in all, a great place to stay.

Couple of things came to our attention when we first arrived. We would have appreciated a visitor file with information on things like how to work the heating, just general info about the apartment. Also, a What's On folder including places to visit in Malvern and the surrounds would have been a useful addition. A pint of milk would also have been very welcome for a cuppa after our long journeys.

It was well appointed and spacious.

There was a slight musty dampness in the apartment.

It was very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, it was nicely furnished, easy access to walks in the hills and to the town.
