It was a nice accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area in the garden was lovely. The owners were also very nice and friendly. Since we stayed over the weekend, we had the chance to meet them, and they even shared their breakfast with us.

Everything, the house was good, the location was super quiet and not even so hot (we were there in the beginning of may). The bed was comfy and we had all we needed to cook. The pool was big and clean and Efrain was a really good host, he gave us advice about what to do and he cared about our stay. The house is just ten minutes by car from the city, but you don't get all the noise that there's in almost every house in the center. I totally recommend it!

Such a lovely place and super friendly owners! I’d love to come back to this sanctuary. The kingsize bed is very big and comfortable. The shower is great, internet was good. Beautiful and calm atmosphere with a swimming pool. We’ve enjoyed the conversations with the owners and appreciate their local and tasteful breakfasts! Only 40 minutes away from Chichén Itzá.

We liked this beautiful and peaceful place in nature. Birds and roosters will wake you up early in the morning which made us rich and relaxed. here you live with nature. Here there are horses, cows, goats, iguanas, many different birds. It is very safe and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Every morning host prepared a drink for us (coffee or hot water for tea). it is located 10 minutes by car from the city, which is great. There is also a gas station very close (3 min by car) where the prices are normal and they have plant-based milk. 5 min by car (straight only) there is a small open market where you can buy vegetables and fruits. Also very normal prices. The house has a common kitchen and a terrace. All archaeological sights are very easily accessible from this place. Yes, the road is bumpy, but you are in the countryside of Valladolid. Wi-Fi is great.

Unfortunately, You could see that pool is not clean. On the bottom there are yellow spots. We feel down from the hammock in the room and we don’t know exactly what happened so just be careful.

We liked being out of the cities, with a helpful family, very convenient parking, private bathroom, variety of furniture, use of their swimming pool & patio, private mini-fridge, optional morning tea with host, and modern & fresh accommodations. Wonderfully quiet site and serene landscape & neighbors. We ought to have planned longer here.
