Two Bedroom Apartment in Norwood

The apartment was very nice, the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. The apartment community is lovely and tree lined. It is feels very safe and the parking was very near the unit. I would stay again!! Thank you!!

Everything was fine, no complaints.

Unfortunately nothing, never got to checked in there , I booked and paid for 2 Bedrooms Apt and ended up in 1 bed + sofa room hotel because the host overbooked the apt in other app. I only found out this on my way to the apt so you may want to ask before you go if everything's ok and save you some stress moment. The host accommodated us in a hotel supposedly for one night but later that day contacted me to tell me the sink in the kitchen was overflowing and carpet in the living room went all wet. So we were 4 nights staying at the hotel instead. By the time the host got the apt supposedly ready to move in my husband got really sick and traveling with my father , 87 years old senior man with reduced mobility, made it impossible for us to go there. So I left the remaining 2 nights open for the host to rent it in some other app as he did in the first place. And I had to extra paid 2 nights somewhere else. So if you like the adrenaline of not knowing where you're going to sleep every night, even when your booking was already paid several days before, you can take the chance and rent it. Not the best area in Norwood although.

Be aware there's also a 4 dollar/ night guest parking charge that it is not advertised on the listing. I paid 28 dollars in advance when the host let me know about it the day before to Check in,;that I did not use it and never got refunded it.

Very comfortable. Host was friendly and available for questions. Close to family. Would return!

No coffee machine. Supply of coffee not necessary or just enough for one morning. Then, I could get more if needed. Cheaper than Starbucks!

Location was perfect in proximity to our children.

Bed mattress was tough to sleep on because of our back problems, but then again, you must realize it’s a sub-leased apartment and not a hotel. It was ok to deal with for the short time we were there.

This property was well maintained and in a good area. I felt safe here and the host was very helpful. He was able to rent me another day very quickly and he’s a wonderful host. He is very flexible, attentive, and I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.

Nothing. The place was clean, they provided towels and fresh bedding, and the parking was a good rate. A safe complex.

Owner went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Even brought batteries from his place 40 minutes away so that the TV remote would work!

I booked an apartment the night before the reservation and I received the confirmation email. However, the owner texted me to let me know that he couldn’t provide accommodation because the current guests were staying an extra night. He had to decline my reservation but he didn’t do it. He told me to CANCEL THE RESERVATION myself, which meant losing the reservation payment plus the cancellation fees. It's a very creepy attitude and unprofessional behavior on the owner's part. I contacted Booking and they managed the owner's cancellation.
