Two Bedroom Apartment in Norwood

This is a one bdr apt located on the bottom floor of a three story building that is one of many similar buildings in a large complex. Entry was by number codes that I got by text, with different numbers for the building and the apartment. The complex is nice and quiet, being located in a hilly area with building spaced well apart and with a good number of mature trees and grassy areas between building. It seems to be a relatively new listing, and the managers seem a bit inexperienced. There was quite a bit of food left in the fridge and cabinets, including large containers of spices, so I had the impression that someone lived in the unit when it was not booked. The kitchen was adequately equipped but was missing a coffee maker (a strainer with paper towel filter worked fine). There was a motorized sit-stand desk, high-quality "gaming" chair, and monitor with hdmi cable, making for a very useable workspace. A big sofa and recent model 55-inch TV with Fire-Stick, as well as a good quality dining table with 6 chairs were also in main area. A sliding door opened to the common area behind the building. Overall, the place was spacious and comfortable and offered at a very reasonable rate.

I am not a fan of air fresheners, and the apartment smelled heavily of vanilla(?) scented air freshener when I arrived. There were two plug-in air fresheners that I disconnected and stashed in a cabinet during my stay.

Good property in a nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive and responsible. He and his family were very nice and respectful. The A/C worked great and the temperature inside the apartment was perfect.

The guest parking was 5 minutes walking from the property.
