Location

It wasn’t very clean. We only had one pair of towels and when we asked for additional towels, host never answered. We found hair in sheets and bed was not comfortable and had awful quality. The bedroom was really small and claustrophobic and audio isolation was really bed, we could hear people talking in the apartment next to ours. Internet was awful and we only had service in one spot, in kitchen. The only good thing was location and okay value for money.

Very good location so close to the centre and a quick walk to everything. Apartments can be hard to find but the owner gave us very clear instructions and photos to help find property when we arrived Was a fully furnished apartment so had fitted kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge

Was very noisy, feels like the people in the apartment next door are in the same room. My friend and her child were sleeping in the bedroom when the bed collapsed on the first night, the wooden planks underneath were not properly affixed and then they had to sleep on the floor the rest of the night. However, the next morning when I told the owner they did come and fix the bed. A little bit worse for wear, an electrical socket was hanging out in the bedroom, the electric radiator in the bathroom fell off in the middle of the night also.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the center, comfortable and quiet. The hosts are really helpful and friendly.

The flat is good, easy to access and has everything you need. It's a perfect stay for a night. Location is super convenient. Host is helpful.

Some things that could be better - wi fi is very slow and works only in kitchen (it was ok to browse youtube but impossible to do something more), it was not super clean (not disgusting just not perfect but still comfortable to stay), hot water depends on boiler not gas so I used some hot water to clean some clothes, then wanted to take a shower but hot water has already finished, I've been waiting for about an hour but it still was cold (I guess it takes more to heat up)

It was awful and really scary, the place is unsafe and I felt I was in a horror movie in an escape room.

Location. Price. Self check-in process. Heating was fine. Enough equipment in the kitchen. Clean.

Wifi is unreliable. Lack of some pieces of furniture that are practical and create atmosphere, like lamps and small tables might be a good improvement. Washing machine in the middle of tiny bathroom was weird.
