It was not worth $350 a night.

We chose not to get the breakfast, it didn’t look great. The worst part of the stay was the shower. Absolutely unacceptable. It was like standing under an overpass by the airport with water dripping from an abandoned pipe on your head.

CABooked this almost a year ago ,once we arrive to the property they didn’t even have the room available that we had purchased . Not to mention they tried to charge us for the type of room we paid for meanwhile that’s not what we were given .
USI hate that Hotels charge you more than the quoted price for a deposit. I’m on a fixed income and it straps me. I was quoted $502.00 and my card was charged $582.00. $250.00 per night was expensive, but I didn’t pick the Hotel, my Daughter did.
USIt was very clean, had modern upgrades, and the free breakfast was very good.
USI actually live 10 minutes from this location. The cleanness was top-tier, breakfast was well managed, and the woman working at the front desk went above and beyond- in my opinion, could tell I had been crying / needed a break. She was so kind and immediately asked if I needed an extra towels, etc. Very happy with every service I was provided.
