The room was clean and value for money .

The receptionist (Ravi ) was unwelcoming . Full of attitude, arrogance and bad language tone . The other staff was polite and good especially the guys who brintgs food .

No complementary breakfast. They provided paid breakfast after lot of persuasion. Menu based items, the Quality was not good.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Grace Inn Hotel, Dehradun with my family. The staff was very courteous, polite, and always ready to help, which we truly appreciated and made our stay more comfortable. However, the initial room we were allotted was not up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, and we had to request a change along with fresh bedsheets, pillow covers, and a few other adjustments, which the team promptly accommodated without any hesitation. After the room change, our stay became more comfortable, and the staff continued to be attentive and supportive throughout. The food was another highlight, it was really good, with great taste and decent variety, which we all enjoyed as a family. Overall, despite the initial issue with room cleanliness, the helpful and accommodating staff along with the good food made our family stay a better experience
