Good location

I understand that sometimes we have messy days, but the owner was late, and the room was not ready when we entered. The bedsheets were ripped. The facility was OK. No breakfast included.

Dopo minacce di querela per la precedente recensione tra l’altro revisionata da Booking e quindi in linea con le policy Dopo minacce della proprietà dicendomi sul mio numero privato che “sa dove abito e che ha i miei documenti” vi dico che il posto è grande e spazioso ma niente più Porte leggere e che non consentono la privacy dell’inquilino (si sente praticamente tutto) Wi-Fi non funzionante e alla mia richiesta di sapere come mai non funzionasse non mi è pervenuta nessuna risposta Telecamera negli spazi condivisi (con i bagni in condivisione non è il massimo) Un saluto alla proprietà che utilizza i miei documenti in maniera impropria per minacciare via whatsapp e tramite avvocati per una recensione.

The description and photos of the accommodation are made in such a way to fool people in thinking there are private bathroom and kitchen - none of this is true. Both are shared with other 8 to 10 strangers. The air conditioner in the kitchen is blowing hot air regardless of the settings. Both shared bathrooms had no toilet seats for the 4 straight days we were there. In the second shared bathroom even the shower cabin was broken. Toilet paper was available only in 2 of the 4 days we were there. The room and the bed were extremely small and generally not comfortable for two grown adults. There are no wardrobes only little drawers to leave your clothes and other belongings but even those are full of dust. Old squeaky windows and doors all over the property meaning you are waking up on every movement inside the accommodation and every street noise. There are non smoking, keeping quiet, keeping clean and all sorts of prohibitive signs on every angle of the property, which, together with the CCTV cameras in the corridor between all the rooms and facilities, makes for a lovely prison atmosphere. The host is not the friendliest or understanding person. In general the place needs to be avoided like the plague as there are much better options with private bath/kitchen for the same price in Catania.

Brak klimatyzacji, było bardzo gorąco w pokoju. W czasie pobytu dostępny tylko jeden prysznic na 4 pokoje.

Posizione ottima. Buona pulizia e cucina ben fornita. Camera spaziosa e luminosa.
