The location was nice and there was an ac.

The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The room was alright. The host wasn’t very welcoming. When I was booking it I typed that we are arriving very early ( there was an option 7-8 in the morning) and she texted me that the check in time is 14:00. That was okay for us and I only asked to leave our luggage and she said after 11 o’clock. I didn’t like that either but it was something. Then in the day of the arrival she texted me that we can not even leave our luggage and we have to “respect” the check in time. I just think that this was rude. Yes, there are places to leverage you luggage, but do I have to pay? And also our booking was for 1 night - check in at 14:00pm and check out at 11:00am next day is not even full 24h.

Bottiglia d'acqua per gli ospiti.

Solo l’aria condizionata nella stanza e la centralità del B&B.

Colazione inesistente, il primo giorno la proprietaria ci ha dato 2 capsule a coppia per il caffè..... i giorni seguenti ci siamo dovuti adattare con la moka..... pulizie nella camera inesistente; cambio asciugamano ,solo xché lo abbiamo chiesto il secondo giorno, ci è stato cambiato al 3 gg.(premettendo che siamo rimasti 4 gg);porta del bagno con vetro satinato che non ti dava la giusta privacy; acqua calda inesistente.

Posizione ottima

Di giá non troppo Comodo , si sentivano Tuttii rumori nella strada giá alle 7 del mattino,finestre non isolate ,ventilatore Che faceva un rumore pazzesco che neanche si riesce a dormire, 2 doccie per 5 camere .Orribile

Chambre confortable et spacieuse, l'hôtesse très accueillante , beaucoup d'équipement disponible, très bien situé et très calme

Les autres chambres ne respectent pas les locaux et piquent le matériel et pas d'eau chaude dans les douches quand on est avec des enfants, et pas de battant pour WC et ne pas oublier qu'on est proche de l'Etna donc beaucoup de cendre

Le foto non sono chiare e non sono riuscito a capire che il bagno fosse in comune altrimenti non avrei mai prenotato, di fatti dopo telefonata intercorsa dicendo che non avrei soggiornato lo staff non mi è stato in nessun modo d'aiuto né tramite un rimborso né in nessun altro modo, anzi mi ha fatto capire che già altri clienti avessero avuto lo stesso problema. Ho lasciato le chiavi al suo posto e sono andato via.

I liked the aircon in our bed room.

One of the showers was broke, the glass was broke. The cover of the toillet didn't exist. The aircon of the kitchen didn't work. 2 of the rooms didn't have aircon only fans.... It was a terrible stay.

Die zimmergröße war sehr angenehm und sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat für uns in einem Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert. Das Preis leistungsverhältnis war sehr sehr gut!

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer sondern nur einen Ventilator. Mit offenem Fenster und Ventilator direkt vor dem Bett war die Nacht aber auszuhalten. Wir waren aber auch im August bei extrem hohen Temperaturen (auch nachts mindestens 25-28 grad)

L’unica nota positiva,che dista a 5 minuti dal centro .

Struttura poco curata . Bagni in comune, con le stanze che lasciano a desiderare di pulizia . Inoltre le stanze non sono dotate di climatizzatore. Davvero un pernottamento pessimo.
