CunduNiAia Sunvida Tower Condominium Unit Across SM Cebu

The property is situated at the heart of Cebu making it convenient and close to visit different parts of Cebu if you are visiting. It is right across from SM Mall which is a big plus and short distance to Ayala Center. Besides it’s location, the property was clean and accommodating for a young family of 5. There was a sofa bed, TV with Netflix, strong AC, and great wifi. For what you are paying for considering it’s a condo unit not a hotel, you are receiving the most value. I recommend this property for single travelers, couples, and families if you don’t mind not having what a hotel offers. It is a very comfortable stay! Coffee shop and laundry service next to the lobby.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the owners of the property went above and beyond showing flexibility and immediacy to help with every request made this place so welcoming and comfortable! The Room was just the right size for myself and had all the amenities I required which made it cozy and comfortable not to mention the location being across the street from the shopping centre which made it the perfect hub.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This property had everything I needed and more, I would say the only slight inconvenience was the elevator taking a very long time but this had nothing to do with the unit itself and therefore not really the owners blame. AGAIN AMAZING OWNERS!!!!!!!!

The room is clean. wifi is good. Owner is really responsive and nice. Location of the room is perfect since its on the corner side. Peaceful and quiet.Also, no issue sa cr or aircon. Worth staying. I will definitely recommended this.

It could be better if they have kitchen paper and also blankets but other than that it was a cozy apartment for a family of 3

Beautiful unit,well maintain and furnished.It’s also quiet as it is located at the far end of corridor.The location itself is so convenient as it is across SM City shopping mall with so many shops and restaurants around.

The staff or the owner is very accommodating, she always entertained our concerns. All needed facilities are well provided with proper instructions.

No enough parking space unlike to other condos they have intended parking space for their costumers.

room set up , has a sitting area and table and chairs for dining , very clean and smells good . Owner was responsive to any requests and Easy to communicate with .
