Accurate listing and very clean

elevators are slow

Only stayed one night but it was good. Close to the mall and North bus station. Clean room, good bed, small kitchen with all that we needed. Probably a good place to stay if you would stay longer as well. Quiet and good AC. Got a code by WhatsApp before arrival to use on the door instead of a physical key which was easy.

We got a message with code to get into the room before arrival, but it didn't include the room number. The receptionist at the Sunvida tower asked which room we had when we arrived and since we didn't know it took a bit of time before they could find our booking and sign us in. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived, but otherwise it was all good.

a very conducive unit that has everything we need. from kitchen utensils down to amenities it was well managed. I commend also for a very convenient pin code door lock instead of key, that allowed us to access the room anytime of the day since we are 5pax occupied in the Unit. Very accommodating in terms of our request due to some mis fortune with our other group of guest who has a booking also within the sunvida tower but gradually cancelled when we reached the building and I asked for a favor with the merchant to have at least 3 hours stay with my other 3 members in the group to look for their alternative accommodation. It was a great experience given that SM city is really across with the building. accessibility from 1-10, deserve to give 10. cleanliness 9.5, amenities 9.5 over all experience was so excellent!

Highly recommended. It was a hassle free checking in and out. The owner is also very accommodating. The unit is very clean and will definitely book again. Location is also good since it's just across SM City Cebu. Worth the money!
