Absolutely beautiful property and lodging. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very quick and simple drive to the airport at Ponta Delgada (takes about 20 minutes), which was important to us on our last night on Sao Miguel island. Also easy access to grocery store in Capelas, about a 5 minute drive. Very interesting to learn about the history of the property, which has been in owner's family for 7 generations. They are justifiably proud!

One of the best places we stayed while traveling through our Portugal! Incredible home, tons of space, a decorated so beautifully. The animals on the property are so sweet, if you see the big dog he may look scary but he’s just a big baby so give him some love ❤️ The gift basket with local food was a life saver after our long travel day and was so so thoughtful, we talked about it for weeks after!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is amazing. It is operated by a wonderful couple who try to renovate a beautiful estate which is like a mini Downton Abbey. Visit them it is a beautiful place wonderful building and garden and every little detail has been taken care of

It is with great pleasure that I share my opinion about this 5 stars apartment. The owners are incredibly helpful and take great care of their guests. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our satisfaction was their priority. The apartment was impeccably clean and meticulously detailed. The entire surrounding area is well-maintained and conducive to relaxation. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape from daily responsibilities. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome treat, which was a lovely gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we felt like members of the family. The owners created a warm and friendly atmosphere that made our experience exceptionally pleasant. Additionally, they have an adorable dog named Charlott, who brought a lot of joy to our stay. We will definitely return here. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a fantastic atmosphere!

This is a beautiful house with a super nice owner. It was amazing, a pity that we only had a 1 night stay (as we had to catch the plane the next morning)

Accommodation that you want to return to. Very hospitable hostess and welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness at the highest level. The accommodation also has everything you need and a wonderful view of the garden. I recommend it with all my heart ❤️

This place is a Gem, the best welcome we ever had in all the travels , beautiful garden, the different houses are 1st class , we recommend this place for family reunion, even planning a wedding or baptism, because of the little Chapel from 1825. It’s only 15 mn ftrom Ponta Delgada Airport, easy drive to all of the Island. The hostess Ana , made a beautiful welcome basket, the place is worth the level of a 5stars hotel.
