I liked this apartment much more than the expensive hotels in Mestia. Excellent accommodation for the money. The best location and everything you need are there. - kitchen is convenient for cooking - enough space - clean bathroom with a large shower and a good supply of water - very convenient location, 1 minute walk to a 24-hour store, no need to climb uphill, all the best restaurants are a 2-minute walk away - incredibly loyal and friendly staff

There are a few things that would improve my stay, but for me they are not critical: a generator (the power went out for an hour a couple of times), a TV (I like to take a PS5, and sometimes I choose accommodation based on this principle), an additional rack/hanger for clothes, in the winter it is not very convenient to dry things after skiing, in the summer - a chest of drawers is quite enough.

Nice interior of the room cozy ambience and great taste of the room decor. I liked that I was at home and was wellcomed!!! I reeally appreciate the hostess, seems she is in love with her cozy appratment hotel!!!

I would recommend to add the hairdryier in the room, but not mandatory. Also for someone, the engine sounds might be disturbing, not very much for me.

Obiekt znajduje się w samym sercu Mestii dzięki czemu w promieniu kilkuset metrów można znaleźć wszystkie najlepsze restauracje w tym mieście. Sklepy spożywcze oraz wszystkie inne usługi również są na wyciągnięcie ręki. Budynek jest nowy i zadbany. Ogrzewanie w pokoju oraz na korytarzu działało bardzo dobrze. Łazienka spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Woda pod prysznicem była gorąca oraz ciśnienie wody było zadowalające. Miejsce na zaparkowanie samochodu było dostępne pod samymi drzwiami. Właściciele byli przemili i bardzo pomocni. Mieliśmy problem z samochodem i tylko dzięki pomocy właścicieli mogliśmy ruszyć w dalszą podróż. Widok z okna również był niesamowity. Widać było pięknie oświetlony kościół oraz kilka kaukaskich zielonych szczytów. Przy następnej wizycie w Mestii wybiorę również ten obiekt. Dziękuję, że mogliśmy u Was się zatrzymać

The hotel is placed in a center of the town, it is very clean, comfortable, with a really huge rooms and very friendly hostess, plus the price is very low, I recommend it 100%!!!

Sehr schönes, ziemlich großes Apartment in absolut zentraler Lage und dennoch ruhig.. Mit Parkplatz. Schöner Balkon mit Ausstattung. Im allgemeinen ansprechende Möblierung. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Fenster, obwohl optisch relativ neu schließen nicht mehr richtig. Eine Verdunklung/Vorhänge an den Oberfenster würde den Komfort sehr erhöhen.

Room was huge and very modern and clean. Lots of space for parking. Great location with everything you need within a short walk. Right next door to a grocery store. Host was super nice and very accommodating. Overall a perfect stay!
