Apart-Hotel Seti

I had an amazing time staying at Apart-Hotel Seti. First of all, huge thanks to Ana, who was absolutely wonderful - she helped with everything I needed and even let me stay for an extra night free of charge! That was truly unexpected and very kind of her. The location is unbeatable - right by the town hall, in the very heart of Mestia. Everything is close by, and the views are beautiful. The apartment was warm, super clean, and very comfortable. I felt like at home from the very first moment. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or staying longer, this place is just perfect. Highly recommend - and special thanks again to Ana for her hospitality and generosity!

Great location in the heart of Mestia, yet quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Brand new apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including refrigerator, kettle, small electric stove, dishes and utensils. Comfortable bed, towels - of the highest standard. Shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, rentals, etc. are just a few steps from the house. But the best about this place is its host - the wonderful Anna, always in touch, ready to help and arrange any requests, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here during my next amazing trips to Svaneti!

The location was perfect — a quiet building right at the centre of Mestia. The apartment was clean and bright, it had a balcony and a nice view of the mountains. We had all the kitchen facilities we needed to freely cook at home when we needed. It was easy to contact the landlord at any time and get all the information and help we needed.

1) There was not a wardrobe or any shelves/drowers for clothes or shoes, so we had to leave them in the bag or on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. 2) Also, during the midday, the sun was hitting the bed directly and there were no curtains or blinders on those small windows to cover the hit up somehow. It was quite hot during the day so we couldn’t take a midday nap for that reason. 3) The internet was weak and slow at the end of the day, we had to use are the cellular data from time to time because of that.

Very clean, new and spacious. Our family slept the best during the whole Georgia trip! The host was kind and provided every services as much as she could. Thanks a lot!

There was no furniture enough to hang the clothes. That’s it!

Comfortable, spacious apartments close to Mestia's best restaurants. Everything you could possibly need, the staff were wonderful and very helpful 10/10.

Anna is a very friendly, responsive and helpfull host, location is very central.

The apartment is located in the very city center, has a beautiful mountain and church view, quiet and secluded from the main street. 3 grocery stores and a small street market with veggies and fruits are nearby (5-10 min walk). The apartment is spacious, everything is clean and new. A parking, kitchen and fridge were a big convenience to us. Thank you!

Anna was a very helpful host, and we felt very comfortable interacting with her and her husband. The place is central, very clean and warm, and corresponds to the picture. We had a lovely stay there and we recommend to book Seti hotel if you plan to come to Mestia!
