Eddie was extremely helpful, and he definitely contributed to me having a wonderful stay. Also the front house staff was wonderful.

I strongly feel that small hidden costs are distasteful. For example, plain drink water should be included, especially since tap water can not be consumed. I felt a lack of generosity.

We loved the villa space, comfort, furnishings, decor, appliances, and facilities. The resort layout, pool and gardens gave it a boutique hotel feel. The staff were friendly, helpful and, accommodating based on our various requests around arrival, departure, meals, travel etc.

I would have liked to have had a stove, and a kettle in the villa.

Very unique and very lush. Surrounded by a beautiful gardens, the rooms are very big and spacious, not crowded and the swimming pool area is very beautiful. The staff are also very nice and friendly, they treated me like a queen. Always ready to help and people there were extremely friendly. They helped me book the clear boat Kayaking activity that I really wanted to do. They genuinely go above and beyond to make this experience unforgettable.
