Felbrigg Lodge Bed And Breakfast

Location was great with a less than 10 minute drive to Cromer. The lodge was great.Very quiet, secluded and we never heard any noise from next door. Cleanliness was fantastic. Large selection of tea/coffee, blu ray player, satellite box, smart tv and a small fridge. This combined with a good selection of glasses meant that rainy weather wasn't a problem.The lodge has been recently decorated and was bright. The pool and hot tub were great and were available for private 1 hour slots apart from the 4 til 6 free swim. Food was really good for breakfast with a great choice. We booked in for dinner one evening and cannot recommend it enough( how often do you get offered sorbet between courses). We will be returning.

It needs a bit of a freshen up nothing major just a bit tired.

The setting was really lovely,

The property is in much need of a major refurb. The room ( even though large) was dark and very dusty. I actually got a tissue to wipe the bedside lamps down. The windows hadn’t seen water for many a month. Door handle broken, damp on ceiling, The bathroom all though fairly modern had the towel rail moved , previous fixture holes not refilled and painted. Shower leaked . Won’t be going back or recommending to anyone . In the entrance hall the ornaments all needed a good wash. In general very grubby!

Cleanliness, facilities out dated. No hot water for shower at 9:30pm sycamore suit. Noise and smell from kitchen directly below. Can hear everything

Perfect getaway with hot tub and delicious breakfast.

Had a lovely stay in the Sycamore Suite. Room was very spacious with a large bathroom and all the amenities you could require. Great views out to the woodland from either of the large second floor windows. Secluded setting in peaceful surroundings, but within walking distance of Felbrigg Hall and a short drive to pubs or the coast. Swimming pool and hot tub were also great and was so nice to have a private hour to ourselves. Also had a brilliant three course breakfast in the morning from the many choices. Wanted for nothing, but got the impression if we did, our requests would have been met.
