Absolutely loved the facilities. The hot tub was great and the time slots for individual use of the pool. It was so quiet and peaceful there, you could really relax. The bed was very comfortable and a lovely bath.

The room was a little tired in decor with two blankets, one on the bed and one over the sofa. Both had seen better days. Most concerning was the front door which was so difficult to open and made us worry about a fire risk. Staff are very good so I am sure it will be sorted.

Loved everything the staff were lovely and friendly the chef was an awesome cook the place was so beautiful we will definitely be coming back

I can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like the place and staff were amazing

"Don't take a motorcycle unless it's an Enduro"

Comfortable, friendly helpful staff, some food was very good But we won't stay again as it's not motorcycle friendly; you're missing a trick there when there is such low occupancy.

Muddy, potholed driveway and loose deep shingle in parking places. Wonky toilet seat.

Lovely quiet location, luxurious lodge with all amenities provided. Great host who was very helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Very conformable stay. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

"Expensive,disappointing won't be back"

Food was good, felt like a clamping site. Not a country manor hotel that I was led to believe I had booked.

Reception in a hut in the grounds. No staff in evidence. Had to go searching if you needed someone, felt like you were being a nuisance, when we only wanted a beer. Lovely lady when we did find her.
