Purdie Close Holiday Let

Excellent home! Had everything we needed.

Very convenient for our stay in Cheddar. Parking, walking of Cheddar. The whole house was nicely set up for us, including the xmas tree and chocolate (both nice surprise). Would be easy to stay here for a week. We were all very happy.

The house is lovely, it is spacious warm and comfortable- a true home from home. There is absolutely everything that you could need and it is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk into the gorge. It’s in a quiet residential area, with a pub about 3 doors down. We went to the pub for a cider and everyone was really friendly, it’s dog friendly too which is a bonus. The owners were excellent- great communication and provided loads of information about the local area. If we come back to Chedder we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Purdie Close. Very modern and comfortable with everything required for our visit to Cheddar, including two showers with great pressure, perfect after a full days hike in the Mendip Hills.. The location was really good, just a short walk to the old village area and the start of some very good walks/hikes. Communication with the owners was excellent and very smooth from beginning to end. Definitely recommended for a family stay when visiting the area.
